Service Description

Runa is an AI-powered health coaching application that provides personalized daily protocols for nutrition, fitness, supplements, and sleep based on your menstrual cycle, health goals, and lifestyle.

Runa is a wellness tool, not a medical device or service. The recommendations provided by Runa are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by Runa.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
